Hi, are you receiving any of my messages about your boots purchase? I accidentally sent the incorrect boots and sent out the correct boots Tuesday, provided you with tracking number but I haven't gotten your response. I see that you opened a case but need to know when you receive the correct boots so I can attempt to get reimbursed for the sale. You can keep both pairs but I would like to be paid for sending the purple boots please. Thanks sorry for the trouble, it was just an accident.
