tdhilyard @traciej68 Hi Tracie. I just wanted to sincerely apologize to you. I had no idea of the damage. I inspected it but It must have gotten past me. I bought it for my daughter and she said she never ended up wearing it. I feel just awful. I’m still pretty new at this myself and I learned the lesson of getting into better lighting when inspecting. Was there a lining I missed? I didn’t see the lighter material on it. I’ll do whatever it takes to make it right; and it will never happen again.

traciej68 @theshoelocker- it doesn't come off, I tried different products. I don't believe whoever photo'd them didn't see it, as they seemed strategically placed to hide the marks that look like dates, being on both shoes was hard to miss. Only reason I haven't shipped yet is the mailman keeps ignoring it in the porch so I'll have to go the post office Monday. Thanks anyway
