meghanbonnie Aloha, I received your feedback on the Swatch necklace. If the necklace deserves three stars, let’s organize a return. I’m so sorry that you were disappointed with the recycled box and delayed shipping time. Living in Hawaii, we see the effects of pollution first hand and try to make sure we recycle everything we can. Our beaches are inundated with plastic from the ocean, so recycling just makes sense to us.

meghanbonnie Additionally, the necklace is not fragile. It does not need special packaging to protect it from shipping stress. The necklace is made of metal and plastic. Could you elaborate on your description of “delicate”? Again, I’m sorry that your experience was, in your eyes, three stars. Let’s rectify this with a return. You shouldn’t have to suffer with a three star service. I’m happy to facilitate a return for you so that you can find satisfaction elsewhere.
