tracybissett @su081979 Hi Nicole. The delivery was made yesterday to my community mail box. Boxes are delivered to a special locked box. The key to that box is not working so I left a note for the mail carrier to move the delivery to another lock box. It's frustrating, but I can't get to the shoes. Hopefully the mail carrier will take care of it today. I know you're anxious to receive payment. I'll let you know as soon as I get the shoes.

pixelscanon Cassietheclassy sold me 2 knockoff Stella & Dot. Then tried to push it on me that she worked for them but her product was tarnished, lightweight and earrings had completely different crystal color then they were supposed to. I hope she gave you a full refund. Ugh man I had accepted the order before I realized too

tracybissett @pixelscanon Thanks for reaching out. No refund but I still had doubts that the necklace was authentic. I won't purchase from the seller again. Very suspicious that she is able to find so much old stock. I wanted to believe the story. The photos online & the actual necklace I bought look the same. It just doesn't seem like Stella & Dot quality in person. If you decide to file a complaint, I will be happy to share my experience also.

pixelscanon @tracybissett I contacted customer service after I realized I made a mistake to tell her I received it. They gave me $35 refund out of 51.49 but couldn't give me everything because I released the funds to her. I sent them pictures describing how her packaging is fake and how the certain styles were fake b/c I have them already in different colors. She totally scammed me and I paid $16.48 for it, better then wasting my time returning this ugly shit. Did you return yours?

tracybissett @pixelscanon I will contact them. It really bothers me too. I just wasn't 100% sure that the necklace was fake because I didn't have anything to compare it to. The quality isn't typical S&D. Based on your experience I'm sure mine is fake too. I would hate to see anyone else taken advantage of.

tracybissett @pixelscanon Hi again! I just purchased an authentic S&D necklace like the one I purchased from the seller of fakes. This seller provided a copy of her original receipt with the consultant's name. Once I receive it & confirm that the 1st is fake, I'll contact Poshmark.
