rebeccathelion Hi Tracy! Saw that you got your earrings and rating 3 stars for packaging. I wrapped the earring card in bubble wrap and then put in a Kendra Scott box and put it in a bubble mailer. Please tell me there was no damage? Thanks!

rebeccathelion I hate to say it Tracy but if as you stated you truly require a thank you note and/or gift wrap for anything over a 3 star rating I just can't meet your expectations - I work full time and am raising a family, so packaging super safely and shipping next day is the best I have to offer.

colormebold Just reading these comments and I have to agree with @rebeccathelion on this one. I have sold hundreds of earrings and never had an issue. If you had a problem you can always bring it up to the seller or request a return. I would have been happy to send you an earring back. Not sure why theyre wasnt one. Wish you the best and good luck Poshing in the future just dont think we’re a good fit for business. Again you can return the earrings if you are truly that unhappy with them!

rebeccathelion @colormebold thank you! And it’s actually considered unsanitary to reuse earring backs from other people. If what you sold was Kendra Scott, they will mail a pair for free. Otherwise Claire’s sells them pretty cheap.
