nerdynurse86 @thaschke Based off what you stated, I'd recommend the hydration system with the IRT spray. There is a different regimen we could do that would be just as effective to save you some money. nerdynurse86 @thaschke I'd recommend the hydration system. Comes with shampoo, masque, leave-in conditioner. All our products will help with growth..even the styling ones. Purchasing a system rather than buying separately saves. You could add Revitalize or Deep smoothing conditioner. Using both will NOT weigh your hair down, etc because Monat is made completely different than other brands. If frizz is an issue or high humidity climate I'd go with the smoothing.

nerdynurse86 @thaschke The products last 3-6+ months for daily washers because its so highly concentrated. You use a dime to quarter size amount depending on hair length and thickness.
