ceelo7685 I just tried to buy the mascara from you, why did you cancel my order??. I didn’t delete my account I simply checked out as a guest then created a password to track my purchase as this is my first time using posh mark. Now it’s listed as sold. I really need this for my daughters birthday. How can we resolve this.

kjwhite1664 Can you tell me what date it was shipped on because the maximum is 7 days for delivery once shipped. Last week would have been the week of January 25 through 30 which is more than 7 days. I received a notification on Tuesday February 2nd that it still has not shipped. Please let me know, thanks

kjwhite1664 Poshmark says once the package is scanned by shipper, a tracking number will appear. If you shipped it last week, I should see a tracking number. Can you please provide a better update

kjwhite1664 I cancelled my order because your statement that the item was shipped last week is not truthful. Customer service at poshmark said order has not shipped. As soon as the postmaster takes the item and scans it, I would get a tracking number. I will never buy ANYTHING from you based on how you do business. I hope others follow suit.
