paige010lane @h1zsunshyne Hello, wanted to check in with you. I see that there has been a delay in the transit of your order and wanted to send my apologies. I checked and contacted the postal service asking what is the delay. She explained that COVID-19 has delayed a lot of the deliveries. I am keeping up with the tracking but it is moving rather slow. I’ll continue to keep a check on them for you. My apologies again for the delays.

h1zsunshyne @paige010lane I have USPS informed delivery where it shows the status of all mail and packages. The tracking number shows that as of July 1st it was in Dearborn MI.

My apologies for the delay. I am on it. The last update I received was June 4th. But I will definitely move forward with the claim. I will keep you updated.

paige010lane @h1zsunshyne Good morning,I reached out to the post office when you contacted me and they said the package was sitting at Detroit Main Hub.I did try putting in a claim for the package but it showed in their system that a claim had already been established.
