Wow. You should have sent that order back. I would have been happy to replace or ask Poshmark to refund your money. All of the rings were in excellent conditions before mailing. 🧐. I’ve had to return an order before when an item was broken in transit. Making you, the customer happy is most important to me. Sorry this happened.
