kfab333 @pinkieleigh13 hello I am reaching out regarding your order- I must say I am shocked - this is a nonsmoking facility and no one in my family or on staff smokes ? I am completely confused as to how this could happen? The storage facility is located off of the kitchen- is it possible what you smelled was a burn smell ? I mean it would be difficult to penetrate another room - but?

Just like this package, how do i know where it was where person was smoking to complain? Its horrible, unpleasant and unfortunate but nothing i can do i guess. It REEKED!! All went in wash. 😤😤😤😤
