Hi! So sorry you were not happy with UR purchase. I look forward to getting it back. It was described with piling. But I understand sweaters are hard to accept when they are so thick and appear snagged when it was actually the style of the sweater. There isn't much I could do. I wish I could have made you a satisfied customer. I hate it came to opening a case because I have perfect ratings. This is my first ever case brought on me and I strive for perfection.

I have mailed items for free and paid shipping myself when I felt the items weren't good enough so I just really feel terrible for your experience. God Bless!

@mtoys it's fine. And I didn't put piling I had said it had several holes at the bottom & a couple of pretty bad snags. I got the return label today & I'll send it back in the morning. Thank you.
