Hello Tracy, we are noticing that you purchased some shoes from us last week on 01/07/20 and the item was supposed to be delivered 3 days after on 01/10/20, but in the tracking info from the USPS it says: Receptacle Full/Item Oversized and it also says Reminder to reschedule delivery, are you aware of this?
