ayankoya I bought quite a few bags from them and I've had to take them to the vendors to get fixed. I took the louis vuitton to the store and it was a fortune to get them fixed... In some cases, it would have been less expensive for me to buy another bag..... I wish they wouldn't say little call outs when you can see big holes
