Sorry to hear that the brown dress had spots!? Was the box damaged that it was delivered in, because I thoroughly check all items before packing and mailing them out. Also, the dress was never worn. Just washed in woolite and hung to dry. Then it was hanging in my closet until I packaged it up! I apologize though. I was shocked to see your comments!
