I hope you are ok with that and you’ll accept my apology If I took an action that offended you or gave you the impression that I was trying to discredit you. fred29812 @sillycaitlyn to me, there are no hard feelings about filing a claim. The purpose is for an biased, third party to look at the situation and make the best possible decision. This process (as you saw) allows for pictures of the item so that comparisons can be made. They also handle shipping (as necessary) and any other arrangements based on the decision. I’m sorry the purse didn’t work out for you and I’m glad a resolution could be reached. Happy Poshing!
