boutiqueamnesty @davebrian you cannot cancel you have to cancel within 3 hours of the sale Poshmark does not consider it a trade they consider that you paid $12 for my things and I paid $12 for your things that's why you do it that way so one person doesn't follow through on the agreement so you won't be able to cancel can I ask why

boutiqueamnesty @davebrian I really do not understand this why would you just not clean the purse, because either way once Poshmark sees this they are going to reinstate the sale read the guidelines the only way is for me to receive it and say that it was not in good condition and then they would just refund my money but they would not refund yours.

davebrian @tracylpitch1 of course I’m cleaning it. But, the lining is mostly white and the brown is leaving marks everywhere. It is not a purposeful incident. I’m incredibly upset because not only do I not get your bundle of products, but I would need to sell it for incredibly low if I reposted it. Either way, I’m not benefiting from this. I get that you’re disappointed and I apologize again. I’m also sorry you are not more understanding after having me explain the situation.

davebrian And just out of curiosity, why in the world would I want to go through the hassle of shipping it, in order for you to turn around and return it then send it back to me? Why would you want that hassle? It just makes more sense to cancel on both sides.

boutiqueamnesty I'm sorry that you feel I'm not understanding the problem is Poshmark does not allow cancellations after 3 hours, just use some OxiClean or other fabric cleaner spray the material let it sit and then take a warm rag and wipe out the inside that should take care of it I have used it on my purses including my Louie otherwise you have to send it to me stained and that would not be fair to me.

boutiqueamnesty Like I said the sale has been made and it cannot be cancelled Poshmark does not allow it and if I got it in bad condition I could cancel it and get my money back but you would get to keep everything I send you so who is losing here me, please just clean the bag there is no reason you cannot get chocolate milk out and you can be upset with me however I would be the one losing over $60 in products not you, again please clean the bag and ship it as promised

boutiqueamnesty Poshmark did not cancel the sale you can go through the motions but they will not allow the cancellation to go through if you regret the sale I am sorry but you still have to follow through so please just clean the bag and follow through with the sale there is not another answer

davebrian @tracylpitch1 I don’t regret the sale. I’m frustrated I will not get the products, there’s chocolate milk in a $300 bag, and i need to explain myself further to you. I told the truth, regardless of your opinion of it. You are making this WAY more difficult than need be. Poshmark DID cancel the sale of the purse. They even sent me a confirmation email stating not to ship the item. All you need to do is cancel for your products. Poshmark is not the police and will not arrest either one of us.

boutiqueamnesty I have been on this site for a while and spent a lot of money and no one has ever done this to me. Yes I am disappointed however that is because I am somebody who will not break an agreement if I could not get the stain out I would have it cleaned. I will cancel my sale but only because I would not want to work with somebody who obviously does not possess any kind of ethics. And I do believe you are being dishonest in your reasoning chocolate milk is nothing. Take care

collectionbyk Hi! I just printed out the mailing label for the dress you bought from me, and I noticed that you live in the same apartment complex I lived in 20 years ago! I think it may be condos now, but we moved in right after the complex was built in the late 90s! We were back in the area a few years ago, and that area has grown a ton! Small world!
