pianochick76 Hi Tracy! I just got home and picked up my mail. We love both items but both pieces aren't as described. The coat has several spots of something on it (not the spot mentioned). They seem to be spots that will come out in the wash, but never the less, not expected. The dress however has a somewhat sizable stain on the front that I'm not sure will come out in the wash. How would you prefer to resolve it? Thanks!🤗

pianochick76 @tlcposh thank you. I'd like to keep the jacket because I think it'll wash but I'm not sure I want the dress for as much as I paid for the bundle. Does that make sense? After you figure out what needs to happen on your end, I'd like to negotiate if possible.

pianochick76 @tlcposh I can't. I have to initiate the return process. Technically I would have to ship both pieces back to you. However, I could ship just the dress back after the return is accepted and repurchase the jacket through a new listing. Does that make sense? I would just keep the jacket and pay you for a mock listing. It's up to you. I want you to feel safe and confident in this transaction.

pianochick76 @tlcposh if you could respond to the case with an agreement to accept the return, I think it might speed up the decision process. I've had to do this once before and had dialogue within the case from the seller. Not sure but it couldn't hurt. Thanks.

Aside from that though, I have a problem with this new push from POSH for us to do these price drops because it requires us, as a seller, to not only drop our price but to pay part of the shipping.
