@czd0049 I saw your review and I am so sorry to hear something is wrong with the order. I personally checked it before having it cleaned, so I’m not sure what happened. @dailyenhance the bathing suit was great, fit perfectly and hide all the spots I don’t like about my body. The only the was the packaging. By the time it got to me it had a tear in the envelope.

@czd0049 Glad to hear the suit fit well and you like it. I'm not making excuses, but I really have no control as to whether the package tears. I've shipped over 22K items with the poly bag and it's supposed to be tear resistant and waterproof. Please reconsider redoing your rating, I would be greatful.

It is very unfortunate that this occurred, but I wanted to let you know that the box was fully in tact and packaged appropriately from my end when I shipped the item initially. I take great care to make sure the items I ship arrive to the buyer in quality condition. The ripped box most likely had to do with the mail carrier accidentally damaging the box during the shipping process.
