tracytennis @deeraehair22 yes, I am so sorry for the delay but with the post office being closed on Monday, Labor day, I shipped it yesterday, Tuesday. The post office will send a notice that it started tracking and usually they do that the same day but didn't yet for some reason. Its a larger box than I normally send so I had to give it to the postal worker instead of dropping it in a slot. I hope we get a notice tomorrow. Thanks for your patience. You did everything correctly.

"Hello Tracy, When tracking the parcel in our internal tracking system, it shows arrival in our unit in Wellington this morning, and will be out for delivery today. It does appear that it missed the acceptance scan in Sterling. I apologize for any confusion on this.
