@cougarphyllis When I got the package it was torn open, so it would have been nice if the sweater was in another bag inside or there was some kind of insulated layer because the sweater got very dirty and damaged.

@tracyplock Hi, so sorry for your experience. I usually use these envelopes and also receive them from others. I had no idea that they were weak. I can see how that could happen. It must have been tossed around a lot. Seems like someone must have stepped on the bag. Nonetheless I take the blame and feel bad for you. I am so sorry!
