wmiller Tracy, I don’t know if you’ll see this since I sent you two messages, one on the listing. I apologize and am so sorry it wasn’t more clear about the sizing. I knew it was small But should have tried it on. I wanted to make sure you knew it was smaller than a 16 and had seen the comments with some measurements, so I didn’t mail it hoping to hear back from you. I would like to either reimburse you or you choose something in my closet free of charge. I understand your frustration.
