tjvacinek @trendygoat Help! I made an offer to a buyer but she said she sees as '.99 for first time buyers until midnight tonight'. I didn't add that - is this because I'm to this? Is it for shipping?

tjvacinek @trendygoat thanks it was confusing because I made her a private offer with discounted shipping and she's saying the shipping is .99. She hasn't accepted the offer yet due to my confusion and I think she may be a new buyer. Hopefully this didn't put her off. Fingers crossed 🤞. Thanks again for the help!
