You can email Poshmark and they will send your money back. I sent you an email stating that I’m only going to sell items to Poshmark buyers that have bought and sold items previously. Currently my order says awaiting shipment and won't allow me to do anything until the order hasn't been shipped for 7 days. Can you please do so; that way I can at least get my money back.

tracyannmiguel @sylviabee33 In the future, you should make your "policy" known to potentially interested parties. I purchase a lot of preloved couture and have never had an issue like this arise since I have always been a reputable buyer/seller - especially if I purchased outright. Not sure how there is a "trust" issue when I've already paid.

tracyannmiguel @sylviabee33 I honestly have no idea what to do now. I've already emailed Posh with the issue. I can try to email them again and tell them to disregard my email so we can proceed. I would still like to buy it; I can't find the zip around one anywhere, but I'm not sure what to do with this transaction now. Let me try to email them and tell them we've resolved it and see what they say.

We’ve received your email and our team is working as quickly as possible to answer your questions.” I don’t see a shipping label from them either, so I don’t know if they are going to refund you or send me a shipping label.
