tery714 Greetings, I ordered a pair of Luis Vuitton evidence glasses from you because I broke my boyfriends pair he’s had for years and they don’t make them anymore. We took the ones you mailed to us to the Louis Vuitton store and they are fake. I would like my money back.

tracypozdol @tery714 No, I don’t have the original pouch and case or the receipt. That’s why I sent it in a different Louis Vuitton box. The sunglasses are Authentic!

tery714 @tracypozdol if they are authentic then you should have no problem reselling them. According to the Louis Vuitton at the Wynn Las Vegas , they are counterfeit. Louis Vuitton keeps a record of everything you purchase. You can go into any store and they can review your purchase history.

tracypozdol @tery714 I understand Louis Vuitton’s purchase profiles. I also know that Louis Vuitton does not authenticate items, so it seems you are not being truthful. The pair of sunglasses you bought from me are authentic. If you are not happy with them reposh them on your closet.

tery714 @tracypozdol I can send you photos of us at the store with the employees with the glasses. They told us that it the inauthenticity is in the writing and serial number on the glasses. If you were truly being truthful, you would have no problem returning the money and reselling them yourself. Unlike you, I don’t feel comfortable profiting off of inauthentic glasses and taking somebody else’s money.

tery714 @tracypozdol this is my first purchase on Poshmark, I felt hesitant but even worse that I ruined his glasses (which stated hand made in France by the way), and ended up being scammed. I have reported you already and am still waiting on a response from Poshmark.

tery714 I can provide photo evidence to back up my statements , whereas you cannot even provide a receipt . Louis Vuitton keeps a record of your purchases, so if you truly purchased them you could acquire proof of that if you wanted.

tracypozdol @tery714 If they were purchased in my name I would have sold them with the receipt available. Unfortunately I’m unable to get the receipt because of that. I’ve spoken with a Louis Vuitton representative who stated it would need to be the person who’s name is on the purchase. Unfortunately he is no longer around. Also, she stated they do not authenticate anything brought into the store.

tery714 @tracypozdol if you are convinced they are real, why won’t you let me return them to you so that you can resell them? You have not answered that. I find it unconvincing that you state they were purchased at a Louis Vuitton yet you were not even the purchaser so cannot claim that. The employees didn’t give my boyfriend a certificate or any of that. They literally just told us that they were clearly counterfeit.
