tdvorchak @denisezolinski1 I am trying to get them to finish this process too! So frustrating! I have reached out 3X. They have told me it is taking an extra long time due to the holidays, but it has been 15 days! I’m disappointed as I was hoping to take it on a trip.

denisezolinski1 @tdvorchak sooo frustrated!! The holidays are long gone. They have had it since 1/5! I purchased a Moncler coat at the same time and that is still in authentication. I’m not at all happy with the delay. I am so sorry! It’s a beautiful coat. I hope you receive it very soon! 😊
