I was a bodyguard for Levert, Roger Troutman, and Guns and Roses, and an instructor in Isshyunru, Poukalan, and Taikwondo....and I used to tell MY students "feet - together, shoulders-back, heads-up, mouth- shut"! After a while, I would just say the first part, and they would just give me a response!!
