vertigovault Hi Tracy! Thank you for all the shares! 💗 I have a question for you. I have two pairs of Doc Martins that I purchased from England (1990, from Shelly’s). SO neither of them have stitching and I have never seen another pair without. I know it is their trademark and the company split years ago, but I cannot find any info. This was before their trademark stitching. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😊

elusivexclusive Nicole, I’m super curious about those Dr. Martens you mentioned—I’d love to check them out! I’m a big fan of the brand but not an expert, especially on vintage pairs. There’s another seller on Posh, I think called JonnyNobody I'd need to confirm the name), who knows a ton about older Docs.

elusivexclusive Not all modern Docs have the signature yellow stitching or stitchingfor that matter, but I’m unsure about ‘90s pairs. If you’ve posted them somewhere, please share, and I’d be happy to dig into some research—I geek out over this stuff!
