cielleigh @jarvisbd that person has not bought your item. It is all done through the app, not via email. Do not provide them with any banking information. Once you have sold an item, there will be a banner across the item that says its sold

virginialoneill Hi Tracy. Every day I check for new Poshers to follow and share an item from their closet. Whenever I see a request that will take them away from the PoshMark site I send them an ALERT warning them not to follow through as it is a SCAM. I have recently noticed that you are doing the same. I had the good fortune of having a seasoned Posher look out for me as a new Posher, which I greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work. Virginia

cielleigh @lush67 just don't send them any more info via email. They usually ask for your credit card info.. and then charge your card. That's not how Posh works.

lush67 @cielleigh I did sent them a text.. “he” supposedly asked me to send pictures to his wife. Then she said she was trying to buy them from me but that my Poshmark account was deactivated. Said to email helplineposhmark@accountant.com. I should’ve known better.. stupid me!!!! 🤨😉. I di didn’t send them any credit card or anything. I wound obviously draw the line at that. Hope nothing is compromised!!!It was your post that made me confirm that something was wrong. 👍🏼
