anmar27 Hi there - you purchased the dishes from me & I’m struggling to pkg them bc they won’t let me print a label over 10 lbs. I can try to send it but I’m not sure that it will go through. I spent a while packaging it & typically things go through nicely on priority mail but I don’t know. I also had to pay 20$ for the Xtra weight on the shipping label

anmar27 @alisn1durland good morning- well my husband thinks we should create 2 packages (it’s way over 10 lbs) - if I go to USPS they will also need to add a lot to the shipping (right now 10 lbs was 22.50$) - unless you want to cancel & go to m (allow other ship ping options)

anmar27 @alisn1durland hi - how are you? I contacted Posh Support to ask if I should split the Sale in 2 purchases? (Because it’s too heavy - they’re highest weight is 10 lbs) I’m sorry that this has been so difficult!!

anmar27 @alisn1durland hi again- ☺️ posh support responded & said that I need to cancel the order & create 2 posts! —you’d have to Re-purchase them —that way the shipping will cover the weight - - —that’s confusing please contact support

alisn1durland @anmar27 so you’re refusing to ship this because you won’t go to the post office, fedex or ups? Why won’t you ship what you listed, sold and received pay for? If you cancel this order, I will file a complaint & leave the appropriate feedback for you deceptive business practice. You listed and set the price and shipping fee as the seller. You knew it was weighty. This is unacceptable and against poshmark policy

anmar27 @alisn1durland —no - it’s Poshmark Support that is telling me to split it (they sent a message) —When I posted it, I assumed they would let me add to the postage (add to the amount) but the LIMIT is 10 lbs so I have no other choice. —I can try sending it but I’m sure it will come back because it’s so heavy. —I feel awful but I just assumed I could make it 15-20 lbs but Poshmark has a weight limit of 10 lbs

anmar27 @alisn1durland also I can’t use UPS & Fed Ex, because Poshmark only uses priority mail. I would LOVE to go to Ups but it’s not allowed. It’s all ready to go, so I could cancel & you could buy it on M - that seems like the best option for you

anmar27 @alisn1durland I understand that you’re extremely upset (I’m so sorry)! but unfortunately I had no idea about the 10 lb. limit. —I wouldn’t have posted all the pieces had I known. I’ve been selling on poshmark for years & this was my first extra heavy item. —But I will go to the USPS (I can’t go to Fed Ex or UPS, poshmark only uses priority mail) & I’ll pay for the extra fee —Right now it’s at 10 lbs (22.50 Xtra - that’s through posh they deduct it) & then I’ll do the Xtra.
