Things I have learned in a short time: 1)watch the weight of what you list, no more then 5 lbs or you will need to request a new label for up to 10 lbs and that comes out of your pocket. 2)Share, Share, Share! 3)Build your followers, the more people who follow you, the more that your item will be seen! anniefox757575 Hi Tracy! I just wrote to customer support. I purchased an MZ Wallace bag from you on Nov 11. The photo shows a zipper in front. The MZ Wallace bag I received does NOT have a zipper in front. It's the wrong bag, & I feel like an idiot because I didn't notice until now, when I gave the bag to my sister for Christmas! Do you have the correct bag? I would love to swap bags, as you sent me the wrong bag.

anniefox757575 The other option is that I could send you back the bag, and I would very much appreciate a refund. I know it's not typically how Poshmark works, but I didn't realize the bag you sent me was not the bag in the photo.

anniefox757575 I just asked customer service for a shipping label so that I can return the bag to you. If you are able to send the correct bag, that would be great; however, if you cannot, I'd appreciate a refund very much.
