pamelatteposh It’s been almost two years, and I’m just going through old photos of relatives I never knew! So special to see photos of great grandparents from England 🥰 He collected everything lol! These are just some boxes of little trinkets! I found a make up compact from Scotland that is really neat and old! My 2nd great grandma’s!

He had struggled with heart disease for years but at the same time it came as a surprise. I’m glad you have the chance to get to know your dad. I believe the collector gene is real. ncbudgetboujee @pamelatteposh it is indeed. It was a beautiful day today which made a good drive home from my dad’s. He passed away unexpectedly 2/10th. ❤️ stupid covid had kept me from visiting like I would have liked but I had snuck a visit in the week before because he had gotten his first vaccine and I was tested and was negative . Thank you again for your friendship 😊❤️

amandajustic207 His name was Kasper Duke. I had him for 13 years and then just all of a sudden he got super sick. He even lost control over his bowels and at the end he was literally walking sideways. I just couldn’t let him live in mystery like that. So in 2012, I had to look deep in myself and my soul and quit being so selfish and I had to put him out of his pain. I had him put to sleep 😔😔.

ncbudgetboujee @amandajustic207 I’m so sorry. I know you did the right thing. we had to do that with our first cat who was 16 and had oral cancer. Pets are so important in our lives. They are our babies. The vet was very helpful to us with our decision. This kitty’s name is Neko. He will be 16 in October. My husband says he thinks we are all a cat pack and we are the ones without fur. 😁 All our pets have been rescues. ❤️

People would even put unwanted animals out at our home because they knew my dad would take care of them. Rescuing animals was just how I was raised. ❤️

bitsofcountry @ncbudgetboujee Yea my daughter went there for nursing. She got married to a boy from Lenoir and they live up there. She's a nurse at Caldwell hospital. She told me to throw her scrubs away but thought I could sell them for her on here and then I thought I could try to sell things I had from my store. I'm not able to open store . Like for example I once had someone turn a B&BW plug in upside down and it ate my end table. Are these safe on furniture or hardwoods! Can’t wait to add them to our Christmas decor. bitsofcountry @ncbudgetboujee I had the same thing happen to me and yes the oil will mess wood up. Probably not unless you did spill a bottle so I think your fine. I was putting it on potpourri and a sign was beside it and hot on it and took paint off. I don't know what in the world is in it that does that. Just don't get on fingers and in eyes.
