sveta777 @tracymommers hit the edit button on your item and select “copy listing”. Keep in mind that the pictures should be of the actual shoes you’re selling.

tracymommers @sveta777 Good morning! A buyer stated she could only see my listing details but not the pictures. She asked me to email the pictures to her directly (she does have a Poshmark account). Is that normal for someone to not be able to see the pictures?

sveta777 @tracymommers no absolutely not! It’s a scam. Always keep all communication on the platform. You can flag the comment and poshmark will remove it.

sveta777 @tracymommers yes you click on edit listing price and there should be a little calculator next to the price. If you hit that button you will see how much you should drop the price by. Then it will give any buyers reduced shipping for 6 or 12 hours. Closet clear out days are typically Fridays and Sundays.

sveta777 @tracymommers there should be a blue plus sign in their tray and if you click on it you’ll be able to add items to their show. If you have any electronics I have a share show tonight that you can practice with 😊

tracymommers @sveta777 So I add my two items for review to the tray, but during the share show the host asks me to bundle more items from my closet so they can show them. Those who know how to just go to my closet and add my item to the tray, but others don't know how to do that.

sveta777 @tracymommers if you’re talking about bundling specifically you have to hit the share button on your item, and then type in the closet name that you want to share it to. That will share it to their bundle.

tracymommers @sveta777 I want to ask about Re-Poshing etiquette. If I purchase something on Poshmark, and want to resell it, am I required to select the re-posh option? I purchased some items in a show at show prices that aren't going to work for me - can I relist them for more?

sveta777 @tracymommers you don’t have to use the reposh setting, but if you don’t you also can’t use the seller’s pictures and have to take your own. So it’s completely up to you which way you want to go.

tracymommers @sveta777 I have a question. I purchased wallets from a Posher during a show. Didn't look at the listings closely during the show - no mention of coming from a smoke free home. Received the order and the wallets reek of cigarettes - and I can't fix them. Do I say something to the seller? They keep running multiple fabric purses and wallets on shows I'm attending. I feel so bad when I see people buying their items, as they may have the same issue I have. ☹️

sveta777 @tracymommers I would contact the seller, but not through their show. You can do it through the order page. Sometimes the smell could be picked up in transit and may have nothing to do with them.

tracymommers @sveta777 Sounds good. These definitely belonged to a smoker - I've gone through a very thorough cleaning process to no avail. Only thing I haven't tried is a ozonater machine. ☹️
