tina_hollander Hello, my name is Tina. I was supposed to receive a Danish porcelain plate from you today. Unfortunately I received the incorrect item. It was a plush person doll kind of weird looking very disappointed. I was messaging you and then somehow it became me to Poshmark. Very sorry things happen. I’m sure the recipient of my porcelain plate was meant to receive this. I hope we can rectify it really disappointed, but as I say things to happen, strange has become quite normal🙏

tina_hollander This is Tina what’s going on with the plate? Did you receive the plush toy back? I sent return to sender as you requested now Poshmark is saying I have to download the return label which obviously I did not do because I sent it back to you. Please explain.

tina_hollander I don’t understand why you haven’t responded about the issue with the plate and the plush toy this is not the way to do business and I’m very disappointed in all of it

tashleymarion1 @tina_hollander I did respond when you first filled the complaint. I asked you if you could return it to sender then I would reach out to the person that probably received the dish and ask them to hit return to sender and then I seen that posh said refund then your comment was that the seller told me just to do return to sender which you are sure you would get your platewhich I haven’t received the plate or the plush at this time so I will just go ahead and refund you
