jackiebeckman Tracy, you ordered a necklace from me on Oct 16. I sent it 4 hours after you ordered it and it was out for delivery on the 19th. Then you had it forwarded to a completely different city, which took a week. It finally arrived at the post office where you had it forwarded to, but now tracking is saying you have it being held at the post office. Until when? Indefinitely? I’ve sent 7 messages on the post of the necklace you bought, you’ve ignored them all.

Poshmark can’t help while it’s still awaiting for you to pick it up at the (now second) post office. Maybe you’re unaware of what you’re doing, making me wait to get paid for something I immediately sent to you. Please release my payment by selecting ‘delivered’ on the transaction.

Last night I reported her , I also advocated for you by showing the issues you’re having with her. She suddenly released my funds and actually said something for the first time. Only because I sent Poshmark a lot of complaints on her.

She has not responded and when I reported it to posh to invite them in the conversation they kept saying, oh we’ll remind her to pick up the package or we’ll tell her it’s ready for pick up. If you haven’t had your payment released by Nov 12 please let us know. Nov 12?? Come on man, I sold it and sent it Oct 16. Yesterday I also posted that she is doing it to you too!

I usually do my due diligence when people buy from us and don’t sell or have love notes but I didn’t see your comments or I would’ve canceled the order. Any tips on how to handle this? I certainly hope PM is paying their ambassadors and sellers when people like this scam the system. This is horrible.

If I were you I would contact poshmark support as soon as she reroutes the shipping delivery address as well-screen shot these comments so they know this is not her first offense and show it to them.
