1tnguyent You didn't wrap the cuff in tissue papers or at least cushion it. By the time I received it, there were dents and scratches all over the cuff from being bounced around in the box during the delivery process.

mstronggg I don't think there would be scratches, it's a cardboard box.... I've delivered the exact same bracelet twice and both times itwas fine in a box
