allagator I’m really sorry that you are disappointed in your purchase. The title, description and measurements are for the pants only, but I can certainly see the confusion with the cover photo. If you would like to repost them, I’ll gladly purchase them back (for the price you paid for the item, plus posh commission and shipping), so that you’ll get a full refund. Please let me know what I can do to set this right for you.
