Hi @jmworley, yes my experience with the seller was pretty bad. Luckily, I got the item I purchased and it was in great shape but the level of service was not good at all. It took 4+ days just for her to ship it and I left so many comments with no response! I'm just glad my girlfriend liked the item so that's all that mattered in the end.
