Hey, hope you're doing well, i don't know if you had something to do with the cancelation of the order, but I just opened a case for it, i did not cancel this order myself, I also did not received the email to not send the dress, but did receive ups confirmation. This was shipped out yesterday morning. Just letting you know , just in case its a poshmark mistake.

@tyessa1 this has never happened to me either, but I did receive the email that ups had scanned the package, so you will receive the item. Please make the claim to poshmark as you did not cancel order either, they should be aware on you're behalf.

@tyessa1Secondly, I noticed this morning that I have not dry cleaned it yet. I try to dry clean everything I sell so the new owner can have a nice fresh start with each piece. I will accept your offer and with the discount you are getting feel free to get the piece cleaned at your convenience. I want to make it clear the sweater is NOT dirty or anything!!! It's just a little extra step I like to take with my items! Just let me know and I will accept!
