allplaynowork @klassenj2006 Nobody has been lied to. I had 30+ packages to ship out today, since your package has still not started tracking it got reprinted and therefore that message was sent automatically. I made support aware of the fact that the Shorts were shipped, but not tracking/scanned in yet. This is a very common problem that happens regularly. I apologize if there has been any confusion.
