rayhan09 @trixiedust89 If they verify the three large shadows did not make the trip, you can secure the remaining shadows in bubble wrap and mail it back to me and I'll happily agree to refunding your money

rayhan09 @trixiedust89 you are welcome to let posh know you are willing to mail everything back minus the three large eyeshadows since you wrote the only thing damaged were the three large eyeshadows in the z palette, for a return of your money.

rayhan09 Did you want to work it out through posh and mail back everything you purchased for a full return? The eyeshadows you said were broken can be placed in a bag separate from the other eyeshadows when you re bubble wrap both palettes (you can use the bubble wrap I mailed it in).

rayhan09 I'm more than happy to agree to a refund for the remainder of my eyeshadows. You can keep the free gifts. I can record the receiving of the merchandise and opening it so posh can verify everything was mailed back ❤

rayhan09 @trixiedust89 that's fine ( to wait on posh), but I think it's either keep the merchandise, or return everything (even the shadows you said were broken) for a refund. I can't see any other option (for example, another option like keeping the merchandise and you still get a refund lol). Either way (you keeping it and paying for it, or returning everything for a refund works for me.

rayhan09 @trixiedust89 My husband offered a suggestion, but I thought it would be too weird, but he has family in your area, and he said he could have a cousin possibly meet you somewhere you felt comfortable and pick it up to save you the return shipping, but I'm not sure how that works with Posh with making sure you get your refund.

rayhan09 @trixiedust89 let me know though, because even with the three shadows you said are damaged, you still have seventeen additional shadows full pan inside the z palette (I also threw one in for free), and a barely used large z palette for $20, and the z palette alone was $20. I believe I also gave you a free Tarte blush, and beautiful fan. The brand new morphe palette you bought for $8 so for all those you paid $28
