Read anything that Poshmark offers including@poshmark university. If you are on Facebook there are Poshmark groups that you can join. Most of all have fun😀😀😀

emb151 @hannahsmom96 Hi I sent your package out with another Poshmark and I noticed I did not get a Shipped notice or any tracking information. I contacted Poshmark and the USPS to see what was going in because they were picked up together and I actually seen the mailman. They hopefully will contact me by Monday u am so sorry. If you can please cancel the order so you get a refund and if I get them back I will send them to you myself.. I really am sorry about the confusion. Thank you

hannahsmom96 @emb151 Oh darn! I totally understand though. The exact thing happened to me s month ago. My mailman picked up 2 packages and 1 of them never shipped. I just checked and can't cancel the order until the 26th. When this happened to me, Poshmark handled everything.

emb151 @hannahsmom96 yes I actually just messaged them all the information apparently I printer a shipping label from two weeks prior so it arrived at in Tuscon Today . My buyer notified me immediately and I let Poshmark know. I gave them her info and order number as well as yours , they said they have a process in place for situations like this. I am so sorry. I assume they will be notifying all of us very soon. Again I apologize for the inconveniences this caused.
