They’ve been in a box since I’ve ordered them online. Super cute but never had the urge to wear them (sad I know). They have like a manufactured “smell” to them. I read up on it just now and apparently it’s common.

I have made several sales and have always received 5 stars, this last sale was accepted and the buyer only gave me 4 stars, not sure why and she didn't leave feedback but my credit for that sale is not on my account. Does it hold it if someone gives less than 5 stars?

nia1113 @dingobb No not at all! Are you sure you didn't get credit for the sale? I would definitely contact Poshmark via email (there should be an option for you to do so right within the sale) or just through Poshmark Support because regardless of ratings, you absolutely get paid your part after the buyer accepts purchase. 🤔 Very odd. I can completely understand about the 4 star thing, though, & it kinda stinks but it's not a huge deal.

It does feel kind of hurtful as a seller (especially when you go out of your way to wrap sales in gift wrap, add a free gift & a thank you note) to receive no feedback and less than 5 stars. It happened to me recently, after selling here since early 2016 and all my sales got 5 stars, I was so proud of that so I didn't want to do anything to jeopardize those ratings. Then, recently, I got 4 stars & no love note! 🤔

nia1113 @dingobb ...Anyhow, your average rating doesn't go down with only one 4 star rating. It will still show average rating 5 stars & from what I understand, Also if someone were to leave a negative rating, it wouldn't show up for everyone to see when they click on "about" in your closet. So, I hope this helps you out with your question, I definitely suggest reaching out to Poshmark Support about the credit from that sale, though. Keep me posted & let me know if you have any other questions, k?? 😘

nia1113 @dingobb Anytime, Posh Sister! 💟 That's why we have each other, & I'm always happy to help!! If it takes someone longer than 3 days to rate or accept, then Poshmark automatically releases funds after the 3rd day. I forgot about that fact.😊 That gives a buyer 3 days to make a complaint (should there be one). That's only in the case if someone misrepresented an item (like they said size 8 shoes and you get the shoes & they're a size 6) or if there's damage that wasn't in the description..etc.
