I contacted Poshmark via email regarding this and they say there's nothing they can do unless you initiate a complaint. You are welcome to contact Poshmark directly and inquire about a full refund, and keep the product. I apologize if you feel I misled you. That's never my intention. The product had been used previously, and I did my best to approximate how much was left and price it accordingly.
