I’m so sorry to cancel the leopard bag but when I was packing it to I realized a little problem with the zipper I think it needs oil

The past few days I've exhausted all customer service channels on Poshmark and at USPS for an explanation in the delay of the Cole Haan bag.....to no avail.
Last update claims it will arrive today 2/02.
I hope that proves to be true.
