Hi Tricia, I declined your offer on my Torrid chiffon sweatshirt because it is a closet clear out offer. You would have gotten a shipping discount. By sending a counteroffer, you lose the discount and would have paid the same as my offer, and I would have come out the worse for it. I don't think buyers realize that they lose the shipping discount if they counteroffer. Sorry about that!
