I Accidentally Got The strap caught on something n when I pulled the sandal out , the Strap Tore !! You can Cancel Your order OR Plead feel free to replace with any other Pair of shoes, at no extra cost, OR anything Else in my Closet under $10 Just comment on that item n I will send it To you .
