miss_sharla Hi there, I’m so sorry you were disappointed in your purchase. I hope that you will reconsider your rating as it is common courtesy on posh to reach out to a seller or open a case if you are giving less than 5 stars. That gives sellers a chance to make the situation right, to accept a return and to leave the customer satisfied with the transaction ... at the same time protecting their ratings. (Some of us rely on Posh to support our families!)

tbone79 oh, i do not wish to return, i love the sweater and you are very sweet, but there are hanger marks at the shoulders, guess i just wish i had known and that info had been disclosed.. i'm investigating how to remove them as the sweater is lovely and fits nicely otherwise.

miss_sharla @tbone79 the best thing to do is to always reach out to the seller. Hanger marks can be steamed out (I’ve worked as a stylist). Taking off stars without contacting the seller is unfair... and took down my overall rating without giving me a chance to help you fix the sweater or offer a discount from your purchase price. I’m a customer on Posh too and I always treat the seller the way I want to be treated and vice versa ✌🏾
