calebnichols24 Hello, I recently sold you a mug and was informed it arrived broken. I personally package and ship everything I sell and do so with wrapping paper, bubble wrap, and other secure items. I also ship my mugs in wrapping paper as well as bubble wrap to prevent things that happen like a broken product. However, if you received my product as broken and without wrapping, I will offer full refund and my sincere apologies.
