@iqclothessavvy Hello, I have a question. I have made my 1st sale and I see there is a verification process where I enter some additional information I need to enter to process the shipping label...(address and date of birth). the format for DOB isn't letting me enter. I have sent a message to info@posh... Also, how do I send a message to the buyer?

Hi Tricia! Nice to meet you! Congratulations on your First of Many sales to come! Keep sharing your closet every few hours for more Wrapping n Packing FUN time! Hmmm? I don’t remember having to enter my birth date, but that was over 5 years ago. Maybe they are asking for Expiration date? Or maybe they are asking for only Month and Year? I will look at my account in a few minutes see if my birth date is entered anywhere and let you know.

We can talk to each other on the listings or in a Bundle. If talking to buyer/Liker on the Listing remember to use the @ sign in front of their name. Bundle conversations go directly to them so no need for the @ sign or closet name. I find it easiest to always Direct Share item to buyer/Liker before any back n forth offers so we have the option to talk to each other semi-privately in a Bundle, more customer service friendly, too. Hope this helps.

Hi Tricia! My account does not have any box to enter my birth date. But they could have changed it in the last 5 years. I would double check to see if they are asking for a different kind of date, expiration date maybe. But it is good that you emailed HQ so if you can't get your shipping label to print now and mail tomorrow your shipping time won't be delayed any longer than necessary.
