imogenrose939 @trinavic I’ve been in touch with posh customer service and I set them the order number and a screen shot of the info and have sent it to them, so now they are fully aware of the situation and have all the info they need in order to fix this.

trinavic @imogenrose939 ...ok but why are they just holding it. Why not send it back out when they realize it went to the wrong destination. That's why I thought they lost the package cause they never rerouted it. Now there ready to act on it cause someone called about it.

imogenrose939 It didn’t go to the wrong destination, it did t end up at someone else’s house, it’s somewhere at the Arkansas post office and for some reason it never went further than that post office so at least we know it hasn’t been delivered to anyone else. I’m wait g for a very nice lady named Anita from the Arkansas post office to call me back

hotsells hi there! The reason for the cancellation was because when I inspected it prior to shipment, there was a small piece of the faux leather under one of the magnetic snaps that was worn and slightly torn. I suspect it would continue to peel. I'm sorry for any disappointment. Sincerely, Lyn
